Production process of 60kg 25mm thick fireproof cotton
The 60kg 25mm thick fireproof cotton product is made from natural stone such as basalt. Natural stone is melted into a molten form in the dome at very high temperatures of about 1500°C. And the melted lava is then poured into a high-speed rotating machine, through which the lava melts into fibers. At the same time, phenolic adhesives contain silicon and mineral oil, etc. sprayed uniformly onto the surface of each fiber.
Due to the original direction of the manufacturers, all ROCKWOOL products have excellent fire resistance, insulation and sound absorption.
Rockwool fireproof panel product lines have been extensively tested and have a proven track record of its use leading to significant improvements.
